No real issues that I can think of - was able to build my PC for a decent price with the various deals available. If those weren't available it might have been a bit too expensive as compared to just buying the components separately and building it myself, but that's to be expected. Was the best price available from what I could find looking around online at other PC vendors - most of which didn't allow for the same level of customization the CyberPower does which is why I keep returning. This is now I believe the 3rd PC I've purchased here over the years and can't say I've ever really had any issues with any of them!

I am not a "Gamer" but I do architectural type design work with 3D rendering software. My old PC with an integral graphics card was always glitching. No More! I was looking for a $1,000 PC with dedicated graphics & this unit is awesome. Delivery was only 3 days. Unit is very fast. The case is LARGE but very easy to get to internal components. Overall, I am very happy.

The PC (so far) has been excellent and I was pleased with the huge component flexibility. I had very specific components in mind for a specific purpose (photoshop editing) and Cyber cost was only ~10% more than if I built it myself; so I happily went with Cyber. My low rating on delivery was based on the following experience: The original ship date was 10/28. With no progress by 10/30, I sent an inquiry email. I know you got it because the online status showed a status check on 10/30, but nobody got back to me identifying the issue. On 11/3, I telephoned and learned that the RAM I selected was unavailable with no indication of when it might be available. It took seconds to find a suitable substitute and the PC finally moved into fabrication. In the end, the PC arrived 10 days later than expected and who knows how long if I hadn't called. Definite room for improvement here!

The computer was dead-on-arrival. No signal from the NVIDIA video card. Called tech support and they had me try a number of things with no success. They gave me an RMA number and I sent the computer back for repair after I finally received the mailing label. My experience with the tech support was fine, but they handled my issue as if I had owned the computer for years. I had literally just taken it out of the box and it didn't work. Not only that, the door of the case does not open smoothly and there is a scratch on the front of the case. I think this should have been handled more like a sale issue rather than a tech support issue and a replacement PC should have been mailed that day. What I got instead was an estimated 7-14 day turn-around for the repair of my broken PC. I didn't buy a broken PC, I bought a functional one. It's for my daughter's 18th birthday who is recovering from a terrible experience with an Alienware that broke long before it should have. She will not have this Cyberpower in time for her birthday at this point. Again, I believe this should have been handled as a sales issue with a very fast customer-oriented response and not part of the slow tech-support process. Building and order my new PC was easy....the only problem was the assembly and shipping time took quite a bit longer than estimated. I guess some components took longer to retain. Once shipped, it arrived quickly. Packaging and setup were a breeze. No problems so far. My second CyberpowerPC PC so far and I'll be back in couple years for my 3rd. Thanks
