easy to select my product, good availability of options to choose from and good price for value. Computer arrived intact and was easy to hook up. Booted up and is running without any issues. Great job!

Overall good experience, and the sales rep was super helpful with assisting me in correcting a mistake I made I ordering. However, I dislike the FOMO tactics o the site (By this now! On sale today only! Ope, heres the same discount the next day for "different" sale). Also, my build wasn't even started until AFTER the date I was originally given for the expected delivery date. Customizing a build can be a bit awkward, but I'm going to blame the sheer number of options more so than the site, so no points off for that. The big one for me, though, is I paid extra for the professional cable organization and had to redo the cabling upon arrival because everything was just kinda lumped together. To the point that the side panel behind the motherboard was bulging out noticeably. The case I bought has excellent built in cable routing features, so this feels especially egregious. Lastly, some of the "extras" were missing, like manuals for the case and MOBO, and I believe this case was supposed to come with a small bracket that let you mount a couple of SSDs behind the MOBO (I could be wrong about that one though). So, minor complaints and I like what I got, I just definitely won't be paying extra for the cabling in the future.

Received the PC Thursday, set it up, but just started gaming today (Saturday) and it is amazing. I checked to make sure everything was included and in place, which it was. It's constructed well and has excellent cable management. Thanks for your help in getting my first computer, if I ever consider purchasing a new desktop in the future I will head towards your company
