Overall extremely happy with this computer purchase. The pricing was insanely competitive especially with current GPU and RAM prices. The build was clean and neat. The only issue is that the liquid cooler is making a rattling noise but the customer service was fast and responsive with setting up an RMA. The product shipped way ahead of schedule and arrived 4 days ahead of schedule. Everyone I have spoken to has been polite and helpful. It’s really been a great experience. The only reason for the 4 in product quality was the CPU cooler besides that it’s been a great experience that I would feel confident purchasing again or recommending others to purchase.

I have ordered from CyberpowerPC twice before with custom builds and have gotten exactly what I ordered. Very Happy with the past purchases and this one is no different. This build I called my "supercomputer" as I probably won't get any further updates, so I chose the best up-to-date parts both for speed and gaming. The website makes it very easy to order components, production was very prompt, the build time was fast (three to four days from the order and payment), and communication was excellent. You cannot go wrong ordering from CyberpowerPC. The computer arrived in well packaged, sturdy box, and the interior of the case was very well stabilized with foam for transport and delivery. No DOA here, and I couldn't be more pleased. Great job, CyberpowrrPC team members!!!!! My hat's off to Steve for his communication. Thanks!!!! Gary C.

All though the wait took nearly 1 month or 2-3 weeks it was worth the wait. Being my first place to buy a gaming pc really is special to me. Glad nothing was damaged on arrival. Everything worked and all products including cpu was in good working condition.

Overall the experience was pretty good. Carlos was quick to respond to my follow up questions about the status of my order. I just wish there were more options for graphics cards and PC cases.

So far I have not had any issues with the gaming PC that I purchased. As a repeat customer, I feel that CyberPowerPC always has the best quality products that fit within friendly budgets. Despite no issues with the PC, the only thing I would suggest to improve the user experience would be to have the option in the custom builder to allow the option to add a secondary drive.

The overall experience was great. Hooked up the PC a couple days ago, and it looks and runs great. My only complaint in the whole process is that during the parts selection process, some of the important specs are missing for the generic/"major brand" selections. For instance, not knowing the clock speed and timings of the RAM you're picking seems unacceptable to me. I ended up upgrading to a set of RAM that could be overclocked to the processor's highest supported stable value, and was documented as being on the motherboard's QVL list -- I wanted something that would run at 6400 MT/s with a reasonable CAS latency... but being presented with an option I could pick where those numbers aren't known seems... almost like it could be an excuse to give someone suboptimal RAM. It almost seemed sketchy enough for me to not place an order with you all, but I ended up giving it a shot. And to be fair, everything turned out great. I was just skeptical after seeing the option to basically pick "mystery ram".
