Had a hiccup with bank processing on my end, but was notified promptly--and when I cleared it up, it was easy to communicate, and they were quick to respond! The Black Friday deal was also impeccable--I can't praise the service and the price enough, especially with the included price of such fast shipping.

Full disclosure: Though I used Ricky's account (with permission) to make this purchase, I did not purchase this for Ricky. This pc was for myself. (In case any data is conflicting with his previous orders). I've been a customer for years now and your quality has never ceased to impress me. The website is easy to navigate and purchasing was a breeze! Shipping was super fast, since I ordered a pre-built pc during Black Friday; it was really great that Rush shipping was free. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement!

This is the third high-end PC I've bought from CyberpowerPC, and for the first time, I'm somewhat disappointed. In 2024, I bought a PC with the Hyte 60 case and a 4090 graphics card, and the case came with three fans by default. When playing games at the highest resolution, I haven't had any cooling problems. In this case, with the same case and a 5090 graphics card, you decided to sell it with only two fans, and of course, the GPU stays at 90°C all the time when I play the same games as with the 4090 at the same resolution. That's why I'm giving you four stars this time.

Great clean pc build, even put in an extra fan, site is easy to use. I shopped at the other 3-4 big prebuilt companies but your site quality and prices were better.

Out of the box, system did not detect the Creative sound card. Still awaiting contact from support for replacement after I reported the issue via email.

I ordered my PC with a 3 fan slot CPU cooler and 6 extra Corsair ARGB 120mm fans. Only the 3 fan slot and 4/6 can fit in the case I sent. I received the pc with the 3 slot CPU cooler and only 3 Corsair ARGB fans. I am missing 3 I paid for of which only one can be installed. This is my second email going out about this since I got a feedback email before a customer service email. Not very happy. This is my 5th CyberPower PC or so in over 15 years FYI

Only recommendation is to take the time and include either a list or a how to on driver install. Like the asus driver really should be Armoury Crate. CyberPowerPC website is to the asus website to pick up a download file which doesn’t exactly do what you want it too

Was a delay with getting the system built because of CPUs which in today’s world is understandable. The responses were fast and courteous. This is not the first purchase and won’t be the last. Have always had a good experience with Cyberpower and will continue to use them as computer needs occur.

No complaints, really enjoyed my experience buying and customizing my own pc for the first time. The only things I’d say for new people like me is to cover the hdmi to the motherboard with a sticker, to specify it should go into the gpu at the bottom. But that’s not a big deal for quality of the website or the pc just a me being new thing and help others too!
