Within a week of receiving my desktop I was receiving critical power errors that were later discovered to be due to thermal paste on one of the CPU pins. This is something that should have been caught by QA. Other than that the build quality was good as well as overall experience on the site with decent cable management.

Willis in sales was patient, expedient, and thoughtful when issues of product stock came up on my order. I have no reservations giving my highest praise for the level of service received. When the computer arrived, it was well packed and worked immediately, without any issue, precisely as ordered.

Well done on the website side of the purchase. The addition of the specs of the product as well as the rated performance for very popular games both in 1080p and 1440p was very helpful and did influence me in selecting your site to order my prebuilt PC from. Haven't had need of your tech support or warranty services yet, so I'll reserve my judgement on that front.

First, I am a returning customer. I have purchased 5 PC's through Cyberpower since 2015. Regarding the 2 on Sales/Service: The main person I spoke with in e-mails (Carlo) was great, did everything they needed to without issue. Order was on 4/10 - I called the 1800 number for support shortly after placing my order (4/13) as my payment hold went back into my account the day before. The person I spoke with stated that if I paid through PayPal this was normal and specifically stated "The payment will NOT be charged until a tracking number is supplied to PayPal. That's when your money will come out." I confirmed that it won't happen sooner, or if there was a way to pay now so I didn't have to worry about that amount of money, as I don't keep funds in that account (there's a few auto bill pays on it and that's it) So I moved the money back into my other account. The expected ship date wasn't until 4/29. After being told this - tracking was needed - I figured I would wait until the order status was at Quality control date or Final Quality control date I would move the money back in. The funds were then taken out of my account, putting my account into the negative and thus taking negative balance fee's. The Quality Control date wasn't even populated on my order status page, so this was much sooner then what I was told. When I called back I got the "Oh, that happens, sorry. Anything else we can help you with?" Nope - it's too late now.

I love the computer, it looks amazing, runs incredibly fast. Everything arrived in perfect condition. However there is just 1 complaint I have about the system. The RGB for my lights on my fans do not change color and I cannot change the color unless I took the computer apart and plugged a certain connector into the JARGB port on the motherboard. The problem is that all the fans run to a central plug and you guys plug it into the power supply. (which is wrong). The central plug for all the fans should be plugged into the JARGB port on the motherboard. That is the only way for the computer to register the lights as RGB and then you will then be able to adjust the color and brightness. I never got a remote with the system. After hours of research that is what I have found to be the issue. If you would just plug the fans into that port instead of the power supply then all RGB light will work the way it was advertised. Computer doesn't have usable RGB due to that fact. Other than that, no issues.
