Overall extremely happy with my pc purchase. Only issue was fans were set to loudest settings, and I needed to go into Bios and reconfigure them. Otherwise very pleased

Great sales support. Got my new rig shipped out to me in a very timely manner. Prices are alright -- not the best, not the worst. I wanted to upgrade a few components, but it would have been cheaper to do it myself, so I chose not to. Also, not a huge fan of having to pay for little things like expanding foam to protect components or having to pay for better thermal paste -- at this price, I'd expect it to be included. Of course I paid for them, because loss time due to not being able to use the machine if it got damaged or was overheating would be unacceptable in my situation (I need it for work).

I am glad I read the instructions on removing packing. I found one of my memory cards out of the slot. Everything else was great.

So, the actual computer is fantastic, well put together, great safe shipping, and was ready to go out the box. The only issue I have was the delay with the order due to parts being out of stock even though it said they were in stock when I ordered. I recommend a better warehouse inventory system. Either a UPC scanner as parts or pulled, or at the very least logged by builders as they pull the parts they need. Friend ordered not long ago after me, and he is facing the same issue. Customer service was fantastic though! Immediately refunded the rush fee I did, and still shipped it out fast once all parts arrived.

Carlos was accommodating and helpful when I changed my mind on a component and requested an order modification. The process was smooth with the only real issue being it taking almost two weeks longer than originally anticipated. Once I received the system, it was exactly as I had hoped.

Loved almost everything about the process. Only downside in my experience was that shipping did a good job of beating up the box that it came in. While it was packaged well, the clean casing was scratched and 2 of the cooling fans run, but the lighting element won't work.
