It only took a few minutes to make minor changes and complete my purchase. I don't see how it could be streamlined much further.

Overall good, the builder didn't do the best job however. Very poor fan/radiator setup - the case is a tight fit but that's not an excuse to stack the radiator on the front fans, then add the radiator fans to the back of the radiator with only one exhaust fan. I tested the original layout, and immediately was having heat issues. I redid the fans to corsairs case specs and temps are not great. Furthermore I paid for the better wiring and while in the case is good, the back of the case is a disaster. Overall not thrilled for the price paid but it worked, functioned and was to my specs just poor quality from the builder.

The PC was in perfect shape on delivery. I found the instructions for setup simple and straightforward. The price was where I wanted it. Carlo took care of my updates on a regular basis. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you.

Website felt a little clunky to scroll through. Otherwise, purchasing was easy. Would have liked an obvious “2-3 day” delivery option, maybe I just missed it. Was shipped and picked up by cyberpower very fast, thank you Steve. UPS really dropped the ball on the next day shipping, maybe it was weather but it took 3 days. Happy with the pc quality, price was fine. Will recommend cyberpower to others. Thanks.

Cable management was my major issue. I had to immediately open and redo it myself, very pleased with the product as a whole besides that.

Easy ordering. Good updates. Would be good to see other shipping options than UPS. PC was put together and packaged nicely, and worked right out of the box. Only criticism would maybe be cleaner cable management, but overall really good build so far.

Not a huge thing, but I'd ordered my computer with the following: 32GB (16GBx2) DDR5/6400MHz Dual Channel Memory (Team T-FORCE DELTA RGB [BLACK]) What was installed on my computer was 32GB (16GBx2) DDR5/5400MHz. I realized this as I went into the bios to check for updates and saw that the RAM was only 5400 not the 6400 I ordered. Again, not a huge deal - but wanted to let you know for your QA/QC procedures. Love the product and so far its kicking ass!! Stay safe and keep putting out great products!! Thanks
