Automated system for handling issues and returns was quite slow and unresponsive. After two days of waiting for further information, I called for a live person, and they were able to assist me easily and quickly. Additionally, pre-built systems should provide more details as to the build and contents of the computer.

Overall, pleased with the purchased. Prices are high due to current environment, when ordered the website said delivered Wednesday, email said delivery will be Thursday, called Friday and was told delivery would be Monday due to parts shortage. No one answered the chat/email inquiry, and you did not reach out to update me on the delivery schedule. Poor service there. A couple screws missing from build but nothing I didn't have. Overall, would recommend.

Everything was great, the only complaint I have is not against Cyberpower. UPS classified it as a delivery requiring a signature, but left the package in front of my front door with no signature. Other than that the whole process was fantastic.

I found the process easy. The only difficulties I had were on my part, trying to decide on customized parts.

I first purchased a custom PC from you 10 years ago. At that time, I couldn't find many other companies doing what you did then, or at least to the length you were. Fast forward to 2026. I need a new PC again and find many other companies/options now. But after searching for a few days, I determined you guys were still #1 in all ways.

I haven't received the order yet, the website was fine, it was very easy for to search for different parts and pieces that I wanted present in a pre-built desktop PC. The main issue I had was that all prices were listed in USD and I didn't know it until much later, and being that there's a large difference between USD and CAD, what I thought was a great price actually turned out to be about $600 more, and then there were an extra $500 on top of that in duties and taxes (which is of no fault to cyberpowerPC). This was stressful, but I know that the website itself says that all prices are listed in USD in various places. The only suggestion I have would be to create a system that automatically converts prices to the currency in the user location. This can be complicated, but I think it would honestly be an improvement to the website. Again, I was asked before receiving the order for this survey so I cannot review much else, but I have faith that the product will be of quality parts and will meet all of my expectations. I recognize that it may not be standard procedure to send a second survey, but if that full response was preferred, I would be open to filling that out.

My only complaint was that the date listed on the website for shipping passed with no update or notification and I had to reach out to get a very nebulous update on ETA.
