Overall I’m happy. Only thing I will say is that my gpu had a couple marks like it had been bumped. Nothing that damaged the gpu, but it had nicks in it.

Buying from Cyberpower is an easy experience, prices for products are more than fair and free 2 day shipping on prebuilts is great. The freely included peripherals are also very nice that they include since they’re not necessary

Wonderful workflow and the way you keep us updated is awesome. I was under the impression it would be two weeks before I would get to see my creation, but it ended up being maybe a week and half? It was definitely fast, and I was very pleased with my very first purchase with CPPC. My old partner recommended you just by buying through you guys. He was always pleased with the outcome and loved your pick up option if he was a little antsy about the wait. I’ll definitely also recommend you for anyone who doesn’t have the time to build or is intimidated by building themselves but wants a reasonable price.

Very content with my new build as of now. Only issue was that the GPU support bracket was incorrectly placed which caused one of my GPU fans to get stuck. I had to manually change the support bracket in order to allow it to support my GPU while not interfering with the fans. The foam pad was too large and needed to be cut to be adjusted so that it worked properly.

I just wish I had been charged on the same day I ordered the gaming system instead of almost a week later, which resulted in the purchase being declined. I had to change my payment method, and because of the delay I ended up receiving the system after my son’s birthday. Other than that, everything was perfect and super easy, and my salesperson Bobby was excellent and helped me get everything corrected.

I had selected the Coupon for 5% off which did not apply to the order and this had to be modified after with conditions on modifications to the order. Also I paid extra for profession wiring, which had an issue I would not have expected to see for the additional cost.

This was (if my memory is correct) my 4th time buying a PC from Cyberpower. I like that the website has several starting systems that you can then customize to your own options and that there are a large number of options to choose from. That extra customization over companies that only offer specific builds with no other options is the main thing that keeps bringing me back.

Please consider allowing customers to adjust the delivery date and time. If the UPS driver hadn’t gone out of his way to re-deliver my PC after 5 p.m., I would not have received it due to the weekday delivery windows of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
