I ordered this system from you because my other 2 computers where very good. Yes this is number 3. I have only had my new system running now for 4 days and works great. The only problem that I had along the way had to do with the video card that I ordered. Evidently it wasn't in stock! I call your company to find that out and it "could" take 2 more weeks for it to come in. for me that was unacceptable because who knows when it might come in and how long! I guess the point I would like to make here it that communication with the customer is very important. Someone should have emailed me or called me to let me know about this. Luckily for me I called and was able to change it to a different brand which was in stock. I am also waiting for my USB Windows11 backup also and here again no communication is to when it might come in. Also just to let you know on the free game I only had one choice of the 4 because the other 3 where locked for some reason!! And that 4th game I had before and did not like it so I did not get any game. In closing I hope this new computer will perform and last as long as the last one. Thank you, Lamont E. Earles

Everything was fine except there wasn't a power cord for the computer.

Could not designate after 5pm delivery and had to take time off to accept as UPS would not change and kept trying to deliver from 9-1. Also, having issue with what appears to be very loud and vibrating cpu fan. Overall, still best computer company I've ever purchased from and always recommend CyberPower to everyone.

This isn’t third purchase from you. The website and purchase experience remains excellent. However, the machine arrived with a dead graphics card. I can I’ll be contacting tech support this afternoon to either troubleshoot or seek a replacement.

So far everything has been excellent, this is my first gaming pc from cyber power, I had an easy experience building the pc I wanted and the shipping and shipping notices from cyber power to keep me updated was great! I received it just in time for Christmas! Great service!

First of all I love the pc. This is my 3rd pc with CyberpowerPC and very happy about that. I found 4 loose screws inside of my pc rattling around.I had to pick up pc and shake gently and found out there's couple more inside of the foot of pc which won't do anything to the system hopefully.I have some pictures taken also just in case. The fans were very loud at all,improved a little bit after I adjusted speed of them but not quiet at all while gaming.I think it's better if these grids on the top panel were straight instead of trying to adjust the air output to one side. I even hear some "woo"(crying) sound from the fans sometimes,but I am not sure which one. Other than the screws and fans everything is perfect.

First time buying a pc. The team answered my calls and emails timely and were very polite and professional. The box arrived with all of the extra packaging and safety bubbles in there. The computer was set up ready to go. I was able to plug in and start downloading all of my apps and games.

Seller was great and quick, computer is great!!!! Much better than my laptop i was gaming on before! UPS didnt collect a signature and had some delivery issues but that was nothing to do with cyberpowerpc.
