I am overall happy with the product, however the AIO cooler was very noisy and rattled when active. The rattling was so severe that the CP logo cap popped off when in use.

This is one of almost 15 machines I have purchased from CyberPower over the last 12 years. Every experience with this team since that time has been an excellent experience. The configuration tools are very user friendly and always part of an educational experience in both quality and cost effectiveness. My two adult daughters, both my grandchildren, their dad, myself, my partner, my wife, my employees all have gotten their machines from CyberPower and I will continue to recommend their service and products. Ordering from CyberPowerPC was a great experience from start to finish. Their online configurator made it easy to spec exactly the build I wanted, and a solid coupon plus free component upgrades made the price hard to beat. Communication throughout the build process was excellent — I got an email update at every stage, so I always knew where things stood. The PC was built and shipped quickly, arrived well ahead of expectations, and the packaging was some of the best I've seen — everything arrived perfectly protected. Booted up right away with zero issues and has been running flawlessly since. Highly recommend!

My box was wet and showed some damage, but the case box inside was perfectly fine. The computer is more than I was expecting. Beautifully put together and runs flawlessly. My sales guy was very polite and helpful.

I would like to thank the team at Cyberpower for helping to build my dream setup. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and keep you up to date every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone building a pc and would also suggest upgrading shipping as I did lose a button on the case during this process.
