Only problem I had was the cpu fan was plugged into the cpu fan optional instead of running as intended

It's early, but performance of the 9800 X3D looks crazy good. The delivery was safe / no damage, so well done there. Only played 1 day, but so far, looks awesome. Thanks for everything. I would likely use you again.

I have been Cyberpower customer for many years. This is the 3rd PC that I have purchased and I am so disappointed with how they assembled. When it arrived, I found the screws are everywhere inside the box and the PC case. I found out the PC fan fell off. I tried to put it back together but the screws keep falling out. Called the tech support and they said they think the screws are wrong so they are going to send the right screws to me, which will take about 10 business days. I used the screws from my old fan to secure the fan in place temporary so I can test the PC. Another problem came up. The PC cannot detect the CPU fan. I found out they plug the cables in all wrong. I expected it to be ready to use when it arrived like before, but no, they made so many mistakes this time, I have to figure out and fix it myself. I spent so much money on it, and I'm sure the price includes labors and they did a poor job. They should partially refund me for all the prolems.

My entire experience was positive so far. I just received the PC two days ago, and fired it up yesterday. No issues, beautiful build quality. Would definitely purchase from Cyberpowerpc.com again.
