I have not started up the unit yet so I am hoping it is problem free, but so far this has been an excellent shopping experience.

My only digs were that I sent an email with a question (which i think i figured out on my own) and received only an automated reply. Having to pay extra for packaging and efficient wiring seems a bit much. Other than that i love the new machine.

The whole process was perfect. My computer arrived safely and in perfect condition. Its been a huge improvement over my last computer, and I would recommend Cyberpower to anyone else in the future. My new computer is a lot louder than my old one, which wasnt something I had considered, but I assume thats down to the case and fans. I was happy to have setup my computer and to not have to deal with any unnecessary apps pre-installed on my system, and other than windows updates, all of the required drivers were already installed.

My only complaint is that when I clicked to check my order, the configuration that came up on the website didn't reflect the custom configuration I ordered, which caused a moment of panic. My email was returned promptly, and I was assured I was getting the right thing.

This purchase was my 2nd unit from your company. It replaces the previous unit I purchased from you over 9 years ago. My old computer is still functioning and has been virtually bullet proof, with only minimal maintenance (replaced a cooling assy). The new computer, unfortunately has not faired as well. It began malfunctioning when first powered up, while Windows was initializing. Calls to service, while the people were courteous and tried to be helpful, proved ineffective, since the windows install was apparently corrupted, and nothing could be run in windows to check on things or to recover operation. The computer randomly powers off for no reason. Tech support kind of gave up on me, and didn't offer any suggestions as to how to proceed. After nursing a few troubleshooting programs through (DISM, Mem test etc.), I got an indication of probable hardware issue, and took it upon my self to remove memory chips, one at a time. Through this process I discovered that one memory bank was defective. The other works great. With the good memory installed, I did a clean reinstall of windows and things are fine. I contacted tech support again and arranged to get the bad memory chip replaced. I am currently waiting on that. My credit card was charged a huge amount for memory, hopefully it will be credited once the old chips are returned. My disappointment sits in the facts that: 1. a unit can get through a burn in procedure without indicating a malfunction of this basic type., and 2. Tech support could not zero in on the defect more directly. Frankly I was very tempted to return the unit entirely.

The rig is awesome, for whatever reason, the website kept refusing my payment method and caused me to have to rebuild my entire order. It was frustrating in the moment, but everything else was great. You guys had great deals during Fathers day week, and I understand RAM prices, it's still hard to justify and explain to significant others, a $3000 purchase, just to get back to what I had.

Beat computer buying experience I’ve ever had. Being sent an email with what to expect and timeline was excellent. Also included contact information if I had any problems/concerns. Computer came extremely well packaged with easy to follow instructions on setup. Ram great out of the box. Would highly recommend and look forward to being a repeat customer.

Computer is excellent! My only complaint is that it came with the MOBO video ports activated, so the computer wouldn't boot on my monitors. Had to go into bios and disable them myself. I gave delivery a low score because of the forced signature on delivery and no option to presign online(there is a link, but it takes you to the wrong webpage). This caused massive problems for me, as I live in an apartment where packages are supposed to be dropped off at the front office, but instead, UPS tried to deliver it to my apartment during business hours when people are at work. Because I was not there, UPS took my computer. I had to call UPS customer service and deal with a bunch of crap to get the driver to special deliver it to me, otherwise the computer never wouldve arrived and wouldve been sent back to Cyberpower. Sales/service were just trying to get me to say 'yes' to purchasing the computer, then literally hung up on me as I was asking a question. I had to call back to get the answer to a basic question(about the signature) The website is fine for the most part, but the listings need to be done better. There was no information about the exact motherboard or how many ports it would have for SSDs and Hard Drives. This info wouldve been extremely helpful when selecting a computer to purchase. Also the photos are just vague random photos that dont let you even inspect the parts carefully(since there wasnt enough information about the exact parts)
