The price and components were mainly great. The price was nice too. However, there is a big issue. Your default fans are horrendously loud. If I had known what brand they were or what their passive dB is, I would've gladly upgraded and spent an additional $100-$200. Now I have to buy fans online and change them all out at some point, which defeats the purpose of buying from you and having a ready-made system. In addition, it would be a nice touch if you included an extra sata cable. Even if it's a checkbox the user has to click, I would've been very appreciative if it was in the motherboard box. I think CyberPowerPC might benefit from some additional marketing in the box. For a purchase that's over $2000, the usb key to have me write a review was kinda meh. I would've preferred a nice little pamphlet congratulating me on my purchase, as well as including the manual from the motherboard (assuming they still include the print-copy). It needs some finishing touches. Otherwise, you did a great job. One thing I might add is the default case isn't the greatest. The backside metal doesn't really lock in so it's slightly loose. Probably also attributing to the loudness. I would've upgraded the case had I known.

The purchasing experience was great. The shipping experience had a bit of a lapse in notification. Particularly around production completion to shipping notice. However, thanks to the 3 day shipping option I chose, UPS did give me a notification on cyber power's behalf. So overall, can't complain. Also, love that they require signature upon delivery. PC came in great condition despite the box having some damage on the box. Was a little concerned with how minimal the styrofoam was in the box but they're doing something right because there was no damage and no movement of parts on the PC whatsoever.

You really need to back up your products with a guarantee much longer than 30 days for the price of the item. Did not see the guarantee kength till after purchase was completed or would have definitely gone with a different company.

Part of the delivery was damaged at the warehouse (not via shipping). When I messaged in regards to it, responses were painfully slow- up to an hour between messages. I called instead. The person on the phone was disinterested and very rude. It honestly turned me off from wanting to order from the company again, even though my friends are the ones who recommended it to me. The PC itself works great, and the damaged accessories were replaced (currently en route). The customer service is very lackluster.

This pc was well put together. all the cables were all plug in. Wires banned together, GPU and CPU are intact as well and setting up the pc was a breeze. The fans are nice and cool. Plus the shipment was nicely care.

Pretty easy to use website. I knew exactly what I was getting. Only gripe is that the PC came with a month of game pass and the code didn't work for me!

This is the 2nd purchase. Support responds so quick for my questions even it is reagarding the RTX GPU delay and expected arrival date. He is so honest and hides nothing. I am so happy. Also, the quality of wiring behinde the case is good.
