Overall, I'm very happy. I got a system for about 60% the price that Lenovo, System 76, HP, and Dell were wanting to charge and it only took a bit of extra work to get it switched over to Linux and running stably.

This is my 2nd PC from Cyberpowerpc and I couldn't be more pleased. High quality with an easy website and excellent customer service. In the future when I am ready for another upgrade, I will be.coming back.

When I received the item, it came with foam packaging, however the foam package exploded in the rear of my case leaving a mess and stained residue on my chassis.

Fantastic process that is easy to navigate for building a customer computer. Can see what parts are being used to it will let you know about compatibility issues or changes needed for items like PSU, motherboard etc. Second purchase and process great both times.

This is I believe my 6 PC purchase with your company over the last decade plus. I have to say every time I have been very satisfied. The popular adage is buying from a mass distributor might give you the best price but your build quality, support and over parts etc will be compromised. I have not found this to be the case. In fact, each PC I buy has shipped extremely quickly packaged professionally and worked as expected each time. You're doing a great job keep it up, and I'll continue ordering from you. Thank you!

The process was fairly easy and the customization available in any build is fantastic. Only downside is the price. I don’t attribute that to cyberpower but the current cost of certain parts, so it doesn’t play into my overall rating. The lack of bloatware on the pc when it arrives is really nice as well. Overall, 5/5 stars! Have used cyberpower twice and whenever I upgrade again will be coming back. I used ibuypower the first time I ever got a prebuilt pc and the experience, while not horrible, was nowhere near as positive as what I have had with cyberpower. Thanks for a great service that removes the headache of building :-)

The free monitor display port was wonky and didn't work, but overall the pc is great and works extremely well.
