There is a marked deficiency with the procedure of UPS. Twice we missed the delivery. On the third attempt the driver banged on the front door. The layout of our home makes it difficult to hear banging, unless you are very close. Instead, the best practice would be to ring the doorbell. The technology then announces the presence of someone at the door - in two different rooms. In mentioning this to the driver his verbal response, and body language displayed a lack of recognition, and a there was no concern expressed.

only problem was that instructions were wrong on how to take the glass off but it was an easy thing to solve, other than that i’m very happy with my purchase!

I requested an update by email about 1 week after the suggested delivery date. No one bothered to respond. After several days, I did try the automated system suggested in the response I received to my email. Your automated system is dumber than a rock. All it did was tell me the original scheduled date of delivery. It is dumber than a rock. As for the intelligence of rocks...well I'm a retired Environmental Geologist, so I know a little about dumb rocks. I did receive an answer to the delay when I called (waiting for a part). Suggest you take the time to respond to your emails.

PC is built very well, got everything I ordered. Like that you sent the Motherboard box with shipment and all the extras that come with the motherboard such as the sata cables, recovery usb, ect. Everything was very well packaged for shipment not 1 scratch anywhere on the case.

I have only one hopefully constructive criticism. I ordered a custom PC based on a stock system. The order overview in my account showed it only by the name of the system it was based on. I was not entirely sure what was going to be shipped to me. Had it shown "Fall 9950X (NO MONITOR) (customized)" instead of just "Fall 9950X (NO MONITOR)" I would have been completely at ease. As things were I had to open a ticket with the sales department to be sure.

Everything is fine, the only thing that could’ve been better is if the company offered an option Linux or no os. I basically threw away 100$ for windows key. I’m not about to return. Other than that pretty good experience system is great

The PC was delivered a week ago and has never worked. My husband has been in touch with tech support, but they've been slow to respond. With an expensive purchase such as this, after basic troubleshooting failed, I would have expected a call tag for the machine that isn't working and have a replacement shipped immediately. As it stands, we've been told some repair needs to take place, but we were not told how/when that is going to happen.
