Have ordered my last 3 computers from cyberpower and they’ve all been excellent. My last pc build was from 2017 and that thing is still a tank, I simply upgraded because I wanted to. Long story short, Cyberpower is certainly built correctly and id recommend them to anyone considering the fair pricing also.

Website is easy to navigate and options are clearly listed. The only issue i had was with delivery. Even though it was fast the package was upside down in the box making the hand holds unusabke which might explain why one of the feet was broken and the door is not aligned corretly causing it to not close right and hang open. The magnetic strip also has fallen off and i will have to find a new way to hold the door closed.

I was fortunate enough to find a nice PC and for a great price, thanks Columbus Day. It had everything I was looking for internal wise. I was in much need of an upgrade. Thankfully CyberPower had my back. Also not to mention how fast this thing got to me. I don’t think I’ve ever had something be delivered as quickly as this PC was. Good grief, 10/10 on shipping.

I took a while to open and setup my computer but the communication and updates from the sales staff was top notch. as I continue to set up my new computer I will be communicating with the support staff regarding some updates and settings. I'm happy with cyberpower and this is my second purchase of computers from you!

This was my third Cyberpower PC. The unit is high quality and performs well, just like the previous two. It was boxed securely and arrived in pristine condition. Two issues cause lower rating for ease of purchase and the website. I am an experienced PC user who has been using and sometimes building PCs for over 30 years, yet I am no longer familiar with most of the current crop of computer gear. I only play a couple online games- War Thunder and Warships. I needed a good midrange PC and that was difficult given the confusing amount of options. I was able to configure my computer mostly based on price. The unit works well for me, but the order process was difficult. I had to leave the site several times to research various components before finalizing my choices. Please consider providing more guidance for buyers like me whose level of tech savvy is not that of more serious gamers.

Everything was pretty great. My only complaint is trying to understand the discounts and promotions can be confusing. If I did not call in to sales, I would have missed out on another $200 discounts.

Loving it so far. System did now show wifi as an option when first turned on had to download and install wifi drivers. After that system runs great
