I purchased this computer system for my adult grandson who is computer savvy. I'm not. He chose your web site and did all the necessary research. I was skeptical but differed to his decision. The computer came yesterday. He set it up immediately and was elated (after having used his cheap phone for a very long time to access the internet) . He couldn't stop raving about it. The easy purchase. The regular e-mails from you about the process. The excellent packing, the quicker-than-expected delivery, ease of set up and especially, his 100% satisfaction with it's performance. I don't think he went to bed all night. I couldn't be happier about the purchase and his joy. We both will definitely recommend your business. Thank you so much. Shipping through UPS wasn't the best choice, because they make it very difficult to get a signed package unless you're willing to take the day off for it. I had to do just that after missing the first delivery attempt - called into work and everything. When I did get the package, the box itself was severely damaged and was even re-taped in places. Thank whoever did the packing job for this. Despite the damage to the shipping box, the PC itself was completely unscathed, made-to-order exactly as specified, and worked flawlessly once I got it unpacked and set up.

The case arrived damaged (the lower right corner in the front was crushed, presumably during transport), though it seems to only be cosmetic damage, in the sense that the PC itself works perfectly fine so far. Still, I paid extra for extra care and it somehow arrived damaged, so that's not good. Also UPS had pretty bad tracking, they said they would be here between 11 AM and 2 PM, and yet they ended up arriving late in the evening. Speaking of shipping, I really do think you should consider giving Canadian customers a rough estimate of how much UPS is going to cost, because having to drop an extra 350~ USD when the shipping was already 109 USD leaves a bit of a bad taste in the buyer's mouth. It's not a huge problem, but it is something that I think could be improved a bit. I think a few of the options could have been a bit clearer when choosing extras but it was mostly great and to be honest the process of choosing parts was really fun. Plus if you have questions you can ask the support and they answer quickly so that was good. Thanks for the PC!

The 2 usb ports on the top of the computer do not work at all tried everything and nothing worked

When I ordered my computer it turned out that the RAM I wanted was backordered. William L with the Sales Department reached out and provided options for me pretty quickly. 5/5 Then, I selected my option and Will went way above and beyond what I was expecting in meeting and far exceeding my expectations. I will leave out the specifics for brevity. 5/5 The website itself is nice to use in that you know what parts are going to be compatible with other parts. You don't need to do too much research into compatible motherboards/processors/wattage requirements etc. I've built my own computers in the past (I have an IT degree and employed as an Engineer - so I am more than capable of building my own computer) but the east of the CPPC website, competitive prices, and thrill of seeing a "finished product" before it's even ordered is hard to pass on. This is my 3rd or 4th computer I've ordered from CPPC over the last decade+ and it's still and will continue to be, my go to place for PC's. - Matt M.

So far it works really good. However part of the glass panel was chipped during shipping and every time I open the front panel and then close it, the wedges start to have trouble closing. Like it’s not measured properly.
