The price on my order was great, can't argue with that. This is my first time purchasing a pre-built or customized PC built by someone other than myself. The cable management options of the case itself is enormous but the builder opted to just zip tie everything together. Radiator fans and chassis fans were plugged in all together so everything was running 100% all of the time. I had to re-do all of the cabling.

I am generally very happy with the product received, but my main issues were with the order process and a backordered item. The website design was actually a bit of an obstacle in the beginning and I honestly almost didn't order at first because the layout was overwhelming. The wealth of options offered by CyberPowerPC was exceptional, but I almost went with a competitor because the website design made the information and options a bit challenging to digest. A "cleaner" design that made it visually easier to determine the distinct differences in the various component sections would have made it smoother to navigate through the expansive selection process. The other issue is that I was informed that a backordered item would be shipped approximately 3-5 business days after the initial (core) components of the order were shipped out, but I still had not received it or an update after more than two weeks later. I then e-mailed the sales/support team and did not receive a response and update until five days later. While I understand that this occurred during the holiday season, it still made getting an update on the fulfillment of my complete order a little more difficult and lengthy than I would have liked.

Awesome website - cannot tell you the number of systems I’ve built over the years using your site for fun. When it came time to finally order though, it was a bit of a pain. No rush service so had to cancel that order. On the second order, you didn’t have the motherboard I really wanted (MEG ACE) and tried to replace it with a sub-standard motherboard. Luckily I stuck to my guns and was able to at least get something a bit similar (taichi). I am very happy with my new machine, but ordering it and getting what I really wanted should have been way easier.

Ready to go out of the box with no problems! Time between order and out the door was a little long but still pleased with the quality of workmanship that went into getting my computer out the door I haven't needed tech support as I have had in the past with other vendors. Excellent all the way around!

This is my honest review of my experience with Shopping and purchasing CYBERPOWER PC. Your web site is perfect for a person like me. The predesigned system with customization options really helped me to customize a machine bast upon my budget and more importantly the ability to add or expand my machine in the future. Well, done. My overall experience was professional, straight forward and easy to navigate. My salesperson Carlo C. answered all my questions via e-mail quickly with clear and precise response. I have 2 suggestions What I would make is regarding the GPU, a question should be asked how many monitors you are connecting to the system and how; so, the buyer can select the right number for HDMI or DisplayPort. There is a ginormous opportunity for sales you are missing out on. Architects, Engineers and designers. Please allow me to explain When searching for computers, laptops Etc. there are very few systems customizable for our profession. I will not utilize this system for gaming I will utilize this system for AutoCad, 3d Studio, adobe more on the Designer / Creator. There are several professional organizations I would suggest marketing to like AIA, PE Respectfully Raymond Connelly

While it was pricey, it was still a better deal than buying it part by part and building it myself! The cooling unit I selected wasn't available, but your agents were able to get a replacement that works well enough for my needs.

Thoroughly enjoyed the process of choosing my computer components along with the advice for what works best with what. My only gripe is not having more options for plain, non-RGB parts and cases! I don't want a light show or a glass panel, but that's all that's available. I want function: dimmable LED's, power switches with a cover so my cat doesn't turn my PC off, plenty of front or top-facing USB-3 ports.
